Best way to contact us:
The fastest way that we can assist you regarding anything floral related would be to call us during usual business hours. Although we may possibly be in the store after hours we will not be assisting customers.
My order is not in Philadelphia County. Can I still place a flower delivery?
In most cases we ask that flower deliveries remain local in the Philadelphia area as we are unable to ship flowers at this time. However, if you call us (215) 236-6211 we may be able to assist you in delivering flowers to a location of your choosing within 25 miles of our store.
I placed an order for delivery but selected the pickup option during checkout. What can I do?
We will contact you to clarify how we should process your order. If you mistakenly chose pickup and want it delivered in the Philadelphia area, we can take a transaction over the phone or a payment can be made in person for the delivery fee of $15. If you want to pick up your flowers instead of having them delivered, please call us and we can have it ready. We can not offer same day pickup or delivery at this time. We are unable to issue a refund for delivery fees as it goes directly to our drivers.
I made a mistake and put the wrong delivery date, time, address etc. What should I do?
We kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible to give the correct information. In the event that you ordered flowers that need to be delivered 3 or more days after its intended delivery we will not be able to issue you a refund. Instead we will be able to offer you a store credit.
I made a mistake on my order, (Wrong color, casket size, card message, etc.)
If something needs to be changed or modified on your order, we are able to assist you up until 24 hours before its intended delivery or pickup date. We offer this time frame due to availability of flowers and in accordance with time to make arrangements. After the window has closed all sales are final.
We are able to change card messages up until closing on the day before your intended delivery date.
The intended person did not receive their flowers yet. When should they arrive?
We will process your order in 72 hours after the order has been placed. We are unable to offer next day deliveries. If you are ordering funeral flowers please plan ahead. We cannot make exceptions at this time unless you visit or call the store and ask about stock availability. If you have any questions please call us and we can assist you in any way possible.
We will attempt to deliver your order at the time given. If the recipient does not answer the door on the first attempt, we will call to schedule a second delivery. If we try to deliver arrangement twice with no answer, we will encourage the recipient to pick up their flowers the store located at 1209 Ridge Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19123. Second delivery attempts are not available for orders going outside of Philadelphia County. In the event of a no call/no show for flower deliveries we are unable to issue you a refund after 48 hours.
Funeral Flowers: Funeral Flowers will be sent out for delivery one hour before the viewing time. Please input the correct viewing time when filling out the order form during checkout. If the destination on order invoice is closed or there is no one to receive flowers we will attempt to contact you, a funeral home, church, or person on file. We want to ensure you that we will do everything in our power to make sure your arrangements arrive on time.
Refund Policy
All customers are entitled to a full refund from the date of purchase up until 24 hours before an intended delivery or pickup date. We offer this time frame due to availability of flowers and in accordance with time to make arrangements. After the window has closed all sales are final.
Giftcards are Final Sale once purchased and are not subject to refunds.
Store Credit
Store credit is only made available on a case by case basis and must be resolved by calling our store (215) 236-6211. In the event that we are not able to offer you a store credit, we may be able to issue a partial refund on your order. We do not refund delivery fees as that goes directly to drivers.
